We fully understand your concern about the white color depth. Custom colors can vary due to monitor calibration differences, lighting conditions during photography, and material characteristics. To ensure fair resolutions, our quality control protocol requires multiple visual references (photos/videos) to objectively assess discrepancies. As discussed, we’re unable to process full refunds or reprints without additional evidence, as this could set inconsistent standards for all orders.
To resolve this thoughtfully, we propose:
1.Video Verification: Schedule a live video call with our team to inspect the stickers together.
2.Photo Submission: Share 2-3 close-up photos under neutral lighting (e.g., daylight by a window), and we’ll issue a quality report within 24 hours.
